Please print a copy of your order for your records. Tracking information is emailed to you from USPS. [ Check your trash or junk mail folder. ] All orders are through PayPal. Your order confirmation and receipt will be sent to you via PayPal email. Average shipping time is 2 – 5 working days. We ship same or next day when possible.

Domestic Shipping:

1. We ship U.S. Postal Service. Free shipping is included on most of our products. For items that do not qualify for free shipping the rates are based on the shipping address entered. We ship continental USA only. 2. Military: We ship & track U.S. Postal Service to APO and AE. *Acceptance by military postal indicates receipt of the product in satisfactory condition. International Shipping: Note: International shipments are currently limited to Canada. Customer is responsible for duties and taxes, these are NOT INCLUDED when shipping costs are computed online.

Terms and Conditions – Return Policy:

Call us at 1-541-690-4555 to obtain an RA number. Refund will be issued within 14 to 21 business days after we receive your return. Return of Non – Defective Merchandise: 1. Non-defective merchandise returned within 30 days from date of sale will be credited to the original form of payment. Customer pays for return shipping cost. 2. Non-defective merchandise returned after 30 days from date of sale may incur a re-stocking fee of 20%. Return of Defective Merchandise 1. If shipping box is damaged show delivery personnel. If damage is noticed after accepting delivery, keep all packing material and call the freight carrier to file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused in transit. 2. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. We are not liable for return merchandise not delivered.
